Career Visioning is the first in a series of three courses on Leverage offered through Keller Williams University. CV teaches the model for hiring that we use in every level of Keller Williams Realty. This live, zoom course, allows the student to not only grasp the entire model, but to also deeply understand the importance of the KPA (Keller Personality Assessment)

In this 6 hour course, you will learn the 4 step process to hiring and dive deep into the sections of the KPA that are vital to establishing a strong relationship and recognizing if the candidate would fit the organization and the role.
